Brian Reine, Manager of Omni Pinnacle serves as the Director of Operations and provides exemplary leadership to the firm. Mr. Reine has been involved in the construction and emergency disaster response industries since 1988. Mr. Reine oversees the implementation of the business plan and ensures that the firm is following the course to long-term success that he has set. Mr. Reine is a certified member of the National Association of Government Contractors. He has hands-on experience relating to the general construction, commercial building, project management, disaster recovery projects, streets, highways and bridge construction and virtually all phases of construction. He is integrally involved with each project. He has completed USACE training course for Construction Quality Management, OSHA's 30-Hour Construction Safety as well as FEMA/NIMS certifications. Mr. Reine personally assembled the Omni Pinnacle Emergency Response team, choosing highly qualified individuals with wide-ranging experience, relevant expertise, known reliability, and a firm commitment to high quality service.
David Miceli, Vice-Manager of Omni Pinnacle serves as the Assistant Director of Operations. David Miceli has experience in the construction industry relative to disaster recovery as well as residential and commercial building. Mr. Miceli oversees estimating, project management and coordination including contract negotiation, subcontract preparation, and expense, budget control and assists in the development of Pre-Event contracts and operational planning. He has specialized experience in supervision, coordination and management on a senior level for all operational activities of hurricane relief efforts; including debris management, removal & disposal and other specialty emergency services. In addition, Mr. Miceli is a respected community leader and team-builder, previously as a First Responder coordinating relief efforts between city, state and federal officials prior to and during emergency operations.
Deanna Reine, Project Administrator, has been involved in the construction industry since 1985. She has hands-on experience relating to general construction specializing in all accounting procedures, commercial building, residential building, project management, disaster recovery projects, street construction and virtually all other phases of construction. Ms. Reine oversees subcontractor/vendor cost & schedule control, field activity measurement and forecasting, and oversight of subcontractor invoicing operations Ms. Reine prepares job accounting, work in progress status, EEO/AA reports, and other miscellaneous reports needed to keep corporate accounting and operations managers informed.
Nighesha Richardson, Senior Contract Specialist of Omni Pinnacle also serves as the Project Technical Documentation Specialist, received her dual degree (BBA/BCS) in Business Administration and Computer Science from Southwestern University. Ms. Richardson has since pursed training in PLC programming, database management, M.C.S.E, and other programs and has extensive experience with federal reimbursement guidelines and procedures. Ms. Richardson's oversees and actively participates in all marketing, bidding and proposal development. She manages and design project data processing software and reporting programs. Ms. Richardson manages 20+ data technicians and analysts and oversees all audits and verifications of data to ensure accuracy of client billing, subcontractor invoices and adjustment reports. She maintains all project documentation and is responsible for quality assurance and documentation process, procedures and management. She has completed OSHA'S 10-Hour Occupational Safety and Health Training Course as well as FEMA/NIMS certifications. Ms. Richardson is uniquely qualified to offer services as part of the Omni Emergency Response Team.
Charles Goodwin, Quality Control and Compliance Manager of Omni Pinnacle, also serves as a Project Specialist and has extensive experience in government projects. He directs the projects undertaken by Omni Pinnacle, oversees implementation of each project's quality control and safety plan, and all aspect of implementation for project with values ranging from $150,000,000 to $130,000. Mr. Goodwin maintains his education and credentials through frequent participation in trainings. He has completed USACE training course for Construction Quality Management, OSHA's 30-Hour Construction Safety as well as FEMA/NIMS Certifications.
